From the staff to the students, this place is trash! Just take a look at the comments. The School Director, thinks that disgruntled ex-employees are on this site and encourages staff to defend his deplorable actions. But people, please know and believe that most of what is stated here in regards to Lester's harassment, selfishness, paranoia and general narcassistic behavior is all true! Not a disgruntled ex-employee here, but a former employee who left that *** hole on her own and is just glad that those that were wronged, the countless number of students and staff are finally speaking up. But know and believe that there are MANY others who did not. I will ask you to appreciate and respect their experience and pain. Just because it wasn't your experience, doesn't mean that their words are not valid. If they wish to share here, allow them to have a voice. Perhaps they made a choice that was the wrong choice because they felt they had no choice. I do not believe that they are not accepting responsibility, I believe that they are expressing their feelings and experiences. Actually, I wish that I could have been a voice for them when I was employed there, but, like so many OTI employees, I needed my job and witnessed others who spoke in their defense being terminated for doing so. Please stop crucifying others for speaking their truths. It is there's to speak. |

Most of the negative things you will read about OTI concerns the social life (or lack thereof). |
